oakwood_deal_session keeps a deal-builder journey going. The current implementation expires it after 4 hours.

oakwood_reservation_session keeps a reservation journey going. The current implementation expires it after 24 hours.

oakwood_px_session keeps a part-exchange valuation journey going. The current implementation expires it after 4 hours.

oakwood_booking_session keeps an aftersales booking request going. The current implementation expires it after 4 hours.

oakwood_claim_session keeps a warranty-claim request going. The current implementation expires it after 4 hours.

oakwood_consent stores whether you have recorded a cookie preference. It does not store your name, email or telephone number.

Analytics and advertising tools

These tools are named in the project integration list and are not implemented:

gtm: Tag management. Not connected.

ga4: Analytics. Not connected.

meta-pixel: Paid social tracking. Not connected.

capi: Server-side conversion tracking. Not connected.

microsoft-clarity: Behavioural analytics. Not connected.

This policy does not say those tools are used.

Consent

Oakwood uses necessary cookies to run journeys such as finance eligibility, deal building, reservations, part exchange and aftersales bookings. Optional analytics and advertising tools listed in the cookie policy are not connected. Marketing emails are a separate, unticked choice on forms.

Necessary cookies stay on because they run journeys you start. Analytics and advertising preferences stay off unless you turn them on in Privacy settings. Turning them on does not load unimplemented tools.
